退換貨政策 Return Policy

1. 我可以退換貨嗎 Can I return a product

  • 如果您收到的物品有瑕疵,我們會感到非常抱歉。我們很樂意接受您在收到後7天內退換貨。但是,作為一家小型企業,如果訂單是免費寄送的,我們要求客戶支付退回的郵資。
  • We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received. We will gladly accept your return within 7 days of receiving your new item. However, as a small business, if the order was shipped free of charge, we require the customer to pay for the return shipping.


2. 如何退換貨 How to return an item

  • 與我們的客服聯繫,並發送訂單的相關信息給我們的客服。並且請說明您要退回的貨品及原因。

  • Contact our customer service and send information about your order to our customer service. Please also specify the item you are returning and why.
  • Put the item in the original package and seal it properly. Then ship your package.
  • Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange or refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
  • In order to protect the rights of the consumer, we remind you to videotape the package before opening it.


3.退換貨的條件 Conditions of return

  • 你有7天的時間來決定商品是否適合您,如果不適合,您可以在7天內進行退換貨。

    • We do not accept packages returned using cash on delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.
    • We do not accept returned merchandise for resale.
    • We do not accept unconditional free returns or exchanges for non-quality issues or accidental logistical damage.
    • All special-priced items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    4. 寄回地址是什麼 What is the return address?
